creamy salmon charbell pasta

This recipe comes from my new found foodie friend @Kezscran on instagram. Kez is a Manchester based food blogger who knows good food when she sees it! I knew she'd do the pots justice and this incredible dish proves it! Check out Kez's page.



INGREDIENTS

2 salmon fillets cut into cubes

2 tbp The Charbell

300g pasta

1 pack of asparagus cut into 2cm strips

1 yellow pepper thinly sliced

1 red onion chopped

300g cherry tomatoes halved

Parmesan

Taco Seasoning

50ml single cream

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp of pasta water

Handful of dill

Handful of parsley


  1. Chop up the vegetables and salmon. Heat the pan to a medium high heat with some oil and add the onions, peppers and asparagus into pan for 2 minutes.

  2. Start cooking the pasta, whilst this is cooking add the salmon and Mojo seasoning and a bit of water for 3-4 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and stir.

  3. Add the cream and garlic and stir for 2 minutes. Add the pasta water following with the pasta and serve with parmesan, dill and parsley!
