We cranked up the heat by char-grilling red bell peppers then blending scotch bonnets and an array of flavours to create this naturally sweet yet fiery number. The inspiration for this pot came from a very close friend. She loves chargrilled peppers and would sometimes partner them with paprika for extra flare. When I tried this combo I just couldn’t get enough!
This sauce is perfect for any meal from a juicy burger, chips or even pasta dishes.
