Lazy yet flavoursome breakfast
Ingredients (serves 2-3)
Main:
- 2 slices sourdough or your favourite bread, toasted
- Cream cheese, to taste
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- 1 tsp The Green Meko (or more to taste)
- Optional: chilli flakes, fresh basil or sea salt, to finish
Instructions

Toast the Bread
Lightly toast your sourdough or bread of choice until golden and crisp. -
Spread the Cream Cheese and add tomatoes
While the toast is still warm, spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each slice. Top with sliced tomato. - Add the Tomatoes

Serve
Finish with fresh basil and if you like, a pinch of chilli flakes or sea salt.;
Best served with whatever’s coming out of the oven. Best served with Pepper Pots.
