Shito breakfast muffin featuring The Tino Shito

A quick, easy breakfast that still delivers on flavour. Layered with creamy avocado, sliced eggs and a generous spread of Tino Shito, these muffins are simple but far from boring.

Ingredients (serves 2)

 


  • 2 English muffins, halved and toasted
  • 2 boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2–3 tsp Tino Shito
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the Muffins
    Split and toast the muffins until golden.
  2. Layer the Goodness
    Spread Tino Shito generously on the muffin halves. Add sliced avocado, followed by boiled egg.
  3. Finish and Serve
    Season with salt and pepper. Add a squeeze of lime or sprinkle of chilli flakes if desired.

Best served when you're short on time but not on taste. Best served with Pepper Pots.
