For the salmon
  • Salmon fillets, skin on
  • The Tino Shito
  • Garlic
  • Honey
  • Lemon
  • Chives
For the salad
  • Roasted baby potatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Red onion
  • Rocket
  • Edamame
For the dressing
  • The Tino Shito
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon
  • Dill
  • Chives
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the salmon Place the salmon skin-side up, then turn over and coat with The Tino Shito, garlic, honey, lemon and chives.

Cook the salmon Cook the salmon until the flesh is cooked through and the skin is crisp.

Build the salad Add the roasted baby potatoes, cucumber, red onion, rocket and edamame to a large bowl.

Make the dressing Mix The Tino Shito with the mayonnaise, lemon, dill, chives and salt to taste.

Toss and serve Toss the salad with the dressing, top with the crispy-skinned salmon and finish with extra dill and chives.
Best served when you want something fresh that still fills you up. Best served with Pepper Pots.
