SCRAMBLED EGGS, AVO ON TOAST WITH GOLDEN ONE SPREAD

Our easy recipe combines classic scrambled eggs, smashed avocado, and The Golden One spread on toasted sourdough bread. Life's simple joys – the perfect breakfast or brunch addition.


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread


Instructions:


Smashed Avocado:

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

  • Mash the avocado using a fork until you achieve your desired level of smoothness.

  • Season the mashed avocado with salt and chopped fresh parsley. Mix well 


Scrambled Eggs:

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk or fork.

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

  • Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them sit for a moment.

  • Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, breaking them up as they cook.

  • Season the scrambled eggs with salt to taste.

  • Continue to stir occasionally until the eggs are fully cooked but still moist. Remove from heat.


Pan-Grilled Sourdough Bread:

  • Toast the sourdough bread slices on a griddle or in a toaster until they are golden brown and crispy.


Assemble and enjoy!

  • Spread The Golden One on one side of each slice of grilled sourdough bread.

  • On the same side of each bread slice, top and spread a generous amount of the smashed avocado mixture.

  • Top the avocado side with the seasoned scrambled eggs and enjoy while the eggs are still warm
